We are seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities that we serve. Our team of mental health professionals provides Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment
• Utilize evidence-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
• Full licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Psyd), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
