About the Role

We are currently seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians to join our team of dedicated professionals in New Berlin, NY. As a licensed mental health professional, you will provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work in a compassionate and cost-effective manner to provide behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with diverse adult and geriatric needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in staff training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Pay

Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 annually
