About the Role

We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services. This position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients while working independently and enjoying the support of an established multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns common among geriatric populations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted New York license as one of the following: Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with geriatric populations.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
  • Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.

Important Licensing Requirement

Only fully licensed providers will be considered. Applicants with the following credentials are not eligible: Limited Permits, Associate Licenses, LMSW, MHC-LP, provisionally licensed therapists, or those with supervised/pre-licensure status.

Pay

$7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
