We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Hoosick Falls, New York. As a member of our multispecialty group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health services to residents of skilled nursing facilities. About the role

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents of skilled nursing facilities, addressing a range of mental health concerns
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress
• Stay current with best practices in the field, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) with a current license to practice in the state of New York
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and a passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and facility staff
