Wellpath serves hundreds of thousands of unique individuals monthly, with a significant percentage receiving direct clinical care, including lives saved by Narcan. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical, consultation, and counseling services in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments and complete treatment plans, including ASAM tools when needed.
  • Respond to sick call requests, referrals, and provide crisis intervention services.
  • Complete required clinical documentation and document services in CorEMR as appropriate.
  • Support pre-release planning for CalAIM-eligible individuals, quality assurance activities, and provide training and consultation to staff.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related mental health discipline.
  • One (1) or more years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with substance use disorders and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the State of practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist). Must maintain all licensures, certifications, and continuing educational requirements.
