Licensed Mental Health Counselor Winter Garden

About the role

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida-licensed Master’s-level clinician (LMHC or Psychologist) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Winter Garden, Florida area. This position offers meaningful clinical work with flexibility, independence, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities.
• Address challenges related to aging, chronic illness, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and life transitions.
• Help residents build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, strengthen interpersonal connections, and maintain quality of life.
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Active Florida license as an LMHC or Psychologist.
