Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Hybrid (NYC & Remote) Thriving Center of Psychology seeks Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) who are passionate about making a difference. Join our team in a full-time, salaried position with a a hybrid schedule, working remotely with 1 day a week in one of our NYC offices. This is a W2 employee role with comprehensive benefits, a consistent caseload, and belonging to a clinician-led community. You must already hold an active, clear New York LMHC license. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time. What You'll Do: Deliver individual psychotherapy to adults across diverse concerns, both in-person and via telehealthPractice with evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACTParticipate in weekly case consultations and ongoing peer supportMaintain concise and compliant clinical documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team (LCSWs, LMHCs, LMFTs) Why Join Us?
