Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time (preferred)

Work Setting: In-Person

Patient Population: Children, Adolescents, and Families

Productivity Expectation: Approximately 35 scheduled clinical hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
  • Provide evidence-based individual counseling services.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of behavioral health conditions, including: Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Trauma-related disorders, Adjustment disorders, Behavioral concerns.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

Collaboration & Care Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, families, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate caregivers on treatment goals, interventions, and behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning to ensure comprehensive patient support.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Complete required documentation within established timelines.

Therapeutic Environment

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and compassionate clinical environment.
  • Promote positive behavioral outcomes and emotional wellness for children and families.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.
  • Fully licensed LMHC required (LMHCA not eligible).
  • Pediatric behavioral health experience preferred.
  • New graduates with full LMHC licensure are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families.
