Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

About the role

• Create your own schedule (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
• No nights, weekends, or on-call
• Consistent, reliable caseload with no cancellations
• Work close to home in partnered facilities
• Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 annually (fee-for-service or salaried options)

Responsibilities

• Review your schedule, check for new referrals, and note changes in residents’ conditions
• Conduct brief, focused therapy sessions (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment)
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers on care needs and behavioral concerns
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes for compliance and billing
• Connect with family members as needed and plan follow-ups

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Active LMHC license (no associate or limited licenses accepted)
