About the role

The role of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at LifeStance Health involves providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adult and child/adolescent populations. This includes individual and couple therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize data to tailor services and improve patient outcomes.
• Empower patients to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
• Work in a compassionate and safe environment that promotes education, support, and best practices in integrated care.

Requirements

• Full license in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and clinical excellence.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Licensure Examination for Clinical Mental Health (NBCC) or equivalent.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, with a compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with weekends optional. Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. Hybrid Model with in-person and remote flexibility.
