About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations
- Stay updated on the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Current license to practice in Washington State
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential. Compensation model based on productivity. Range: $90,000 - $115,000.
Schedule
Part-time and full-time options available.
