About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Contribute to a culture of belonging, empathy, courage, and one team
• Work in a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility

• Enjoy competitive compensation with an uncapped earning potential ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, based on productivity

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Current license to practice in Washington State
• Passionate about providing high-quality mental health services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques

Pay

Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity.

Monday - Friday - weekends optional
