Responsibilities
- Treatment of adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and/or couples therapy
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing psychotherapy sessions
- Maintaining client confidentiality and records
- Engaging in professional development activities
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- License to practice in Washington State
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices

Pay
Compensation range is $90,000 - $115,000, with an uncapped earning potential based on productivity. Compensation model is based on individual performance.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, with weekends optional. Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. Hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility.
Location
Offices in Seattle and surrounding areas. Locations throughout the area to make commuting easier.
