About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Full license in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
• Completion of supervised clinical training
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with weekends optional. Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal needs. Hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility.
