Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Current license to practice in Washington State
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Compensation range is $90,000 - $115,000, with an uncapped earning potential based on productivity. Compensation model is cash-based and includes an incentive plan.
