Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing quality patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• License to practice in Washington State
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity.
