Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented therapists for our outpatient offices in Washington State. We are seeking therapists fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) with experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients in an outpatient care setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations
- Stay current with the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Full license and credentialing in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and technology

Pay
Compensation range of $90,000-$115,000, based on productivity and performance.
