About the role

Headway is seeking fully‑licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) to join its platform, enabling them to launch or expand a private practice and accept insurance with ease. The platform provides credentialing, compliance support, and tools to help counselors increase earnings and serve more clients.

Requirements

• Fully‑licensed Mental Health Counselor at a Master’s level or higher (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) – accepted on a state‑by‑state basis.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Malpractice insurance.
• Readiness to launch a private practice or grow an existing one by taking insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental‑health related field.
• Current licensure as LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP.
• Ability to meet Headway’s credentialing standards in multiple states.

Pay

Up to $117 per hour.
