About the role

Headway is seeking fully‑licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) who want to launch or expand a private practice by accepting insurance. Requirements

• Fully‑licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Master’s level or above (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP), accepted on a state‑by‑state basis.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• Ability to launch a private practice or grow an existing one by taking insurance.
• Must be fully licensed; applications with incomplete licensure will be rejected (re‑application allowed after obtaining a valid license).

Pay

Up to $117.73 per hour.
