Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with established standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services rendered
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
