Licensed Mental Health Clinician LAC/LPC, LSW/LCSW, LMFT 081 - FFS ,

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals, families, and couples.
• Build rapport quickly with clients.
• Work flexible schedules, seeing clients in the office, through telehealth, or a hybrid of both.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress notes, and recommend psychiatric evaluations.
• Work in a supportive environment conducive to learning and obtaining licensure hours.

Requirements

• Licensed NJ clinicians (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT).
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field approved for clinical licensure.
• Effective teamwork skills within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and CBT, MI modalities.

Qualifications

Qualified Non-profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Offers FREE in-house CEU credits provided by Rutgers School of Social Work and Wellspring during work hours

Some positions offer Clinical Supervision requirements for advanced professional licenses
