About the role

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW) to join a growing outpatient clinical team in Wichita, Kansas. This role focuses on providing high-quality mental health care in a group practice setting, with an emphasis on children, adolescents, and individuals across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health care to diverse age groups in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Independent licensure in Kansas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMSW).
• Willingness to obtain or currently possess a Kansas license.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals across the lifespan.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $80,640 to over $116,520 annually, with additional bonus potential up to $8,000 based on productivity.
