About the role
We are actively seeking talented LMSW Therapists for our Wichita, Kansas location who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. LifeStance pays for your clinical supervision while you work toward clinical licensure (LSCSW) from the time of hire through licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient work in a group practice setting
- Work with children, adolescents, or across the lifespan
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kansas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or LMSW
- Master’s Degree required
- Willing to obtain a license in Kansas if not already licensed

Pay
- Uncapped compensation range: $80,640 - $116,520 annually
- Annual bonus up to $8,000
- Compensation model based on productivity
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500
