Licensed Master Social Worker - Children's Outpatient Behavioral Health

Full time, day shift (M-F: 8:00am - 5:00pm; hours can flex until 8pm). Experience with children and youth is strongly preferred.

About the role

Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within our Primary Care Centers, involving referrals and collaboration with primary care practitioners. Provides training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.
• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York.

Work Environment

• Clinical setting with routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions, or secretions (Class I exposure).
• Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Work contact group includes all services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, and various regulatory and professional agencies.

Pay

Pay range: $31.37 - $47.50 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.
