Licensed Master Esthetician and Front Desk Sales Associate

Full-Time Hybrid Position | Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Lehi Are you a licensed esthetician who loves skincare, people, and sales—and wants a stable, long-term position where you can grow? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lehi is looking for an outgoing, professional, sales-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a unique full-time hybrid role combining Esthetics and Front Desk/Sales. This position is ideal for someone who wants consistent hours while building and maintaining a strong esthetics clientele. THE POSITION Your week will combine front desk/reception shifts and hands-on esthetic services. Front Desk / Sales Approximately 3–4 morning and Mid shifts per weekApproximately 15–18 front desk hours per week One Sunday approximately every 6 weeksGreet guests and create an exceptional first impressionAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily spa operationsEducate guests about memberships, services, enhancements, and skincareConfidently sell memberships and upgradesHelp convert new guests into long-term Hand & Stone members Licensed Esthetician Approximately 12–18 facial appointments per weekDeliver professional, results-driven facial servicesPerform thorough consultations and recommend appropriate servicesEducate clients on skincare and home-care routinesRecommend and sell enhancements, upgrades, and retail productsBuild strong relationships that lead to rebooking and repeat clienteleActively help grow the esthetics side of the business WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who is: Super friendly, warm, and outgoingProfessional and dependableComfortable talking with people and building relationships quicklyConfident with sales and recommendationsMotivated to sell memberships, enhancements, upgrades, and skincareAble to turn a great facial into a long-term client relationshipTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicInterested in becoming a long-term member of our team, not simply looking for a temporary position REQUIREMENTS Current Utah Master Esthetician license Must carry your own current professional liability insurance Strong customer-service and communication skillsComfortable with membership and retail salesAbility to work both front desk and treatment-room responsibilitiesWillingness to work approximately one Sunday every six weeks Experience with DiamondGlow® and Dermalogica is a strong plus.
