About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who are results-driven and passionate about helping people maximize their potential. This role involves a multimodal approach to manual therapy, integrating movement science into your skill set. Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Ensure the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
• Remain compliant with all state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid California massage therapy license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability is required (part-time and full-time positions available).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive energy.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical and professional conduct.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Pay

$39.50–$43.50 per session; $16.90/hour for non-session work, with ability to earn bonus.
