Pay
Competitive compensation package with average total annual earnings of $65,000–$88,000 for full-time high performers (based on 30 service hours/week).
- Base rate: $20–$25 per 50-minute Swedish massage
- Uncapped commission: $5–$9 per 50-minute massage
- Tips: average 18–25% of nonmember price (typically $20–$30 per service, higher with upgrades)
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
- Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
