Responsibilities

• Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs to deliver quality results.
• Provide an exceptional healing experience for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.

Requirements

• Active NC Massage Therapist license and NC privilege license.

Compensation

• Average annual total compensation of $70,000–$85,000 (includes base salary, commission, and tips for 25 service hours/week).
• $45–$70 per service.
• Lucrative joining bonus up to $2,000 based on experience.
• Loyalty bonus on work anniversary (95% attendance rate required).
