Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License required
• Three or more years of professional massage therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable instructing groups
• Passion for massage therapy and developing future professionals
• Ability to successfully complete a background screening

Responsibilities

• Teach classroom and hands-on massage therapy courses
• Demonstrate massage techniques, proper body mechanics, and professional standards
• Provide instruction in areas such as Swedish massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue techniques, hot stone massage, and related curriculum
• Supervise students during practical instruction and student clinic
• Evaluate student skills, testing, attendance, and overall progress
• Provide clear and constructive feedback
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and respectful learning environment
• Complete required grading, documentation, and administrative tasks

Requirements

Available Schedule: The School Prefers Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Approximately 24 paid hours per week The School Will Also Consider Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Approximately 24 paid hours per week Applicants should indicate which schedule they are available to work.

Pay

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
