Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, therapeutic, and rejuvenating massage therapies and body treatments to spa guests
• Contribute to the team’s productivity through effective communication and a consistently professional demeanor
• Excel in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests

Requirements

• Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level as a Massage Therapist
• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 200 hours of massage education and at least two years of professional experience
• Deep enthusiasm for massage therapy and the health and wellness sector
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Pay

For applicants working in NYC or New York state, the anticipated compensation range is $17.00 per hour. The salary offered will depend on factors such as years of experience, education, and work location.
