Pay

Competitive base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, plus uncapped commission of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price (typically $20–$30 per service, higher with upgrades).

Full-time high-performing Massage Therapists (30 service hours/week) typically earn $65,000 to $88,000 annually, including base salary, commission, and tips.
