Compensation & Financial Perks

• Base Pay: $22 to $25 per session hour
• Base Pay increases: Standardized increases based on session hours worked and performance evaluations up to $30 per hour
• Tier Pay: Scale up to $40 per session hour based on performance
• Commissions: Extra income on enhancements and retail products

• Gratuities: 100% yours with same-day tip payout

Requirements

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License
• Strong specialization in Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage
• Advanced skills in client assessment and targeted bodywork
