Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
• Fully prepare each treatment based on Woodhouse Spa criteria.
• Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for home use.
• Promote all services offered and provide enhancement treatments.
• Maintain an up-to-date North Carolina massage license.
• Provide consistent and stellar treatments, performing 5-6 different massages/body treatments per day.
• Advocate for the Woodhouse Brand, ensuring all treatment areas meet Woodhouse standards.
• Continuously improve skills by attending continuing education classes.
• Work closely with team members to ensure each guest’s experience exceeds Woodhouse Spa standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current Massage license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to assess the needs and wants of guests.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Work efficiently to solve problems in the moment.
• Available to work weekend, evening, and holiday hours.
• Neat and professional appearance following Woodhouse Spa dress code.
• Physical strength to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
