Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) - Telehealth

We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high‑quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video‑based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
- Apply evidence‑based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
- Use measurement‑based care to track progress via digital assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
- Maintain documentation using our AI‑enabled, HIPAA‑compliant EMR
Skills
- Evidence‑based therapeutic modalities: CBT, Unified Protocol (UP), ACT, DBT, EMDR
- Measurement‑based care and use of digital assessments
- Telehealth/video‑based therapy delivery
- Working with diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
- Comfort with AI‑enabled EMR and other digital tools
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence‑based therapies to adults
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
- Tech‑comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
- Experience with higher‑acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred
- Multi‑state licensure a strong plus

Pay
$83‑103 per 53+ minute session, depending on state and program participation
Schedule
Minimum availability: 9 hours per week across at least 2 days; flexible scheduling Monday–Sunday, 7 am–9 pm
