Requirements

• Fully licensed in Arizona: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy

Pay

• Compensation range: $76,000 – $107,000
• Compensation model based on productivity
• W‑2 employed position

Schedule

• Beautiful new office in Chandler (with additional locations throughout the area)
• Beautifully designed offices
• Monday – Friday, weekends optional
• Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance
• Hybrid model with in‑person and remote flexibility
