Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couple therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Engage in professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance skills
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in clinical practice
Requirements
- Full license in Nevada as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current licensure in Nevada as a LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW/LICSW
- Experience in evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in clinical software and documentation systems
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively

Pay
Compensation range: $76,000 - $101,000
Schedule
- Monday - Friday - weekends optional
- Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
- Hybrid Model with In-person & Remote flexibility
