About the Role

A private practice offering fully remote therapy sessions is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based counseling to adults, couples, or teens. This role provides professional autonomy over clinical decisions while managing a caseload through insurance and cash-pay options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based mental health counseling to clients.
• Manage a caseload with a focus on client care, utilizing insurance and cash-pay options.
• Maintain professional autonomy over clinical decisions.
• Engage with clients through a secure, fully remote platform.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mental health counseling experience.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) with the ability to practice without supervision.
• Professional liability insurance and a private, professional workspace.
• Reliable internet and U.S. residency.
