Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Psychotherapist to join a growing Behavioral Health program in Fairfield, CA.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide psychotherapy services to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on geriatric populations. They will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of their clients.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients across the lifespan, with a focus on geriatric populations
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Assessing and managing patient progress and outcomes
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
• Providing consultation and supervision to other clinicians as needed

Requirements

• Professional license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of experience treating patients across the lifespan, ideally ages 5- Geriatric
• State of California registered LCSW license
• Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by CSWE
