Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will be a critical part of our clinical team, providing outpatient mental healthcare services in a hybrid model (on-site and telehealth).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver care both in-person at our clinics and through telemedicine.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay
$82,000 - $109,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Compensation is based on productivity.
