• Flexible Hours: 2 to 3 evenings a week, with the freedom to build your ideal caseload.
• Evening & Weekend Clients: Available if you are!
• Warm, Collaborative Team: Supervision, peer consultation, and support from people who get it.
• Clients Ready to Grow: You’ll support clients navigating everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, parenting, life transitions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples and family therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Work with a diverse client base seeking meaningful support.
• Maintain strong documentation and clinical judgment.

Requirements

• Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC).
• Experience and comfort working with a diverse client population.
• Availability for 2 to 3 in-office days per week (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ).
• Passion for providing therapy that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-centered.

Bilingual preferred, but not required.
