This position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, alongside contributing to the multi-disciplinary team's efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on relational and interpersonal healing.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
• Participate in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to the overall treatment plan for clients.
• Level II: Provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.

Requirements

• Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licenses: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Driver’s License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion).

Additional Qualifications

• Meet and maintain all applicable California requirements to be a supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
• Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
