Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

About the role

We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in skilled nursing, sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities. As a clinician-owned organization, we handle all administrative tasks including billing, insurance, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess and diagnose emotional and behavioral conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using our user-friendly EHR system.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic tech proficiency.
• Ability to provide in-person services within facility settings.
