Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of sessions and progress.Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.Utilize technology platforms for scheduling, telehealth sessions, and documentation.Help expand access to affordable, insurance-covered mental health services for diverse populations. Qualifications & Skills Valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.Experience in providing virtual mental health therapy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.Commitment to patient-centered care and expanding mental health access.
