Primary Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company‑provided leads.
• Schedule and conduct needs‑based consultations with prospective clients.
• Help clients understand their coverage options in simple, clear terms.
• Submit applications and assist clients throughout underwriting.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM.
• Stay informed on product updates and state insurance regulations.
• Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License (state of residence).
• Prior experience in Life Insurance or Sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while working independently.
• Computer, phone, and dependable internet access.

Preferred Experience

• Background in life or health insurance, sales, or customer service.
• Familiarity with virtual selling or digital meeting tools.
• Additional language skills.

Pay
