About the role
The Licensed Journeyman Plumber is responsible for managing daily residential plumbing installation operations and activities. Our Plumbers help drive installation revenue via strong leadership, high-quality installations, and excellent training of apprentice-level Installers.
Requirements
- Current Washington Journeyman Plumber’s License
- Minimum of 2 years of extensive residential plumbing experience
- Clean DMV record (will drive company vehicle)
- Leadership skills to manage a jobsite
- Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients
- Dependable—must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures per plumbing code
- Complete a minimum of 3 plumbing installs per day
- Manage customer interactions during the installation process while troubleshooting service calls via strong communication
- Efficiently identify potential sources of issues, address incorrect installs, and perform proper testing and demonstration to the client upon completion
- Update Production Manager on the status of various jobs
Pay
Competitive hourly compensation of $65.00 (DOE and licenses) with overtime available.
