Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician

About the Role

We specialize in all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, and service. Our focus is on doing the job right and providing customers with options that empower them to make informed decisions for their homes and families. If you don’t enjoy working with people, this isn’t the place for you.

A day in this role typically includes:

• Starting early with a professional mindset
• Preparing your fully stocked take-home truck from our warehouse
• Using a company-provided iPad and iPhone to manage your schedule and service calls
• Delivering 6-star service to customers, resulting in outstanding reviews
• Receiving real-time coaching and support to ensure success
• Having parts and materials delivered to you to maximize efficiency
• Documenting notes for the next technician to ensure continuity
• Collecting payments from customers to ensure company and personal profitability

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems in clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after job completion
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained, both inside and out

Pay

$50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
