Responsibilities

• Waking up early to ensure success
• Filling the truck with necessary supplies from the warehouse
• Opening the iPad and iPhone to access first money-making opportunities
• Arriving on time at the customer's home for 6-star service
• Receiving real-time coaching and support
• Having parts/materials delivered to keep the focus on the job
• Recording notes for the next technician
• Collecting payment from customers
• Returning home after a full day of work

Qualifications

• Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnoses HVAC system problems
• Effectively recommends service and repair options
• Performs service, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio
• Manages time and inventory effectively to optimize profitability
• Maintains a clean work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
• Maintains the company vehicle, keeping it clean both inside and out
