Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician

All residential HVAC, all day long: gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. If you don’t like people, you won’t like it here. Customer service to us means caring enough to present options and give homeowners the power of choice.

• Have parts/material delivered to you so your head stays in the game
• Record notes for the next technician because you’re about the team
• Collect payment from the customer—if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you
• Head home after a full day at your first call

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems in clients’ HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and out

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to teamwork and coachability
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
