Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician

This is a full-time residential HVAC role covering gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal systems, IAQ, installations, maintenance, and service. Customer service is at the heart of what we do—if you don’t enjoy working with people, this isn’t the place for you.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose problems in clients' HVAC systems.
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after completing each job.
• Maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.
• Record detailed notes for the next technician to ensure seamless teamwork.
• Collect payments from customers to ensure the company—and you—get paid.

Day in the Life

• Wake up early and prepare for a productive day.
• Stock your take-home truck with necessary parts from our fully stocked warehouse.
• Use your company-provided iPad and iPhone to access your first service call.
• Arrive on time at the customer’s home and deliver 6-star service that earns outstanding reviews.
• Receive real-time coaching and support for any challenges you encounter.
• Have parts and materials delivered to you so you can focus on the job at hand.
• Wrap up the day by recording notes for the next technician and collecting payment.
• Head home after a successful day—often after just one high-impact service call.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness to be coached and continuously improve.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, with the opportunity to earn over $100,000 based on performance.
