Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician
Read this first: we’re looking for professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and team-focused—no excuses, no “good enough.” If you’re selfish, lazy, sloppy, rude, dishonest, or negative, this isn’t the place for you.
About the role
We’re unashamedly looking for the best HVAC professionals—those who dot every “i,” cross every “t,” and take care of business. You’ll work with the best in the industry, delivering 6-star service to residential customers across the East Coast. This is a full-time role where you’ll be coached, appreciated, and paid well for your expertise.
A day in the life includes:
- Starting early with a fully stocked take-home truck and company-provided iPad/iPhone
- Providing top-tier HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs (gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal, IAQ, and more)
- Receiving real-time coaching and support to ensure success
- Delivering parts/materials to you so you can focus on the job
- Recording detailed notes for the next technician to maintain team continuity
- Collecting payment from customers—because if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you
We do all residential HVAC, all day long—install, maintenance, service, and more. If you don’t like people, this isn’t the job for you. Customer service here means presenting options and empowering homeowners to make the best choices for their families.
